If you need to withdraw from a group dance class, please submit the Withdrawal Form below. Enrollment will remain active until the form is received and processed.

Dance classes are billed on a monthly basis. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, we kindly ask that withdrawal requests be submitted at least 72 hours before the first of the month.

Once monthly tuition has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for withdrawals.

Any remaining account credits will expire once your withdrawal has been processed.
