A Withdrawal Form must be submitted by the primary account holder before a drop from a group dance class is considered final.

Students are enrolled for 36 weeks over a 10-month academic year starting in September and ending in June.An electronic withdrawal form must be received at least 72 hours before the next scheduled monthly payment to avoid future charges.

ACCOUNTS WITH TUITION PAID IN FULL
If a student decides to withdraw from classes during the year and has paid tuition in full, a credit or refund for future months will be provided. Credits are placed on the student’s OCMD account and are available for use for 1 year from the drop date. Refunds will be processed 5-10 days from the drop date to the original payment method.

ACCOUNTS WITH AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENTS
For students on an automatic monthly payment plan, this form must be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled monthly payment to avoid charges.
