Justin Lansing studied with Russ Dicey of the Pacific Symphony and participated in both the Wind Ensemble and French Horn Ensemble at Cal State Fullerton. He also was a member of the Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra.

As a member of several Salvation Army bands and the LA metro brass, Justin had the opportunity to perform with Philip Cobb and Dudley Bright, both principal brass players of the London Symphony Orchestra. His Junior brass ensemble and students have been awarded top prizes at The Salvation Army's Encore Competition, involving young brass students from all over the western United States.
