Sam Harraman

Sam Harraman has been dancing since the age of five, beginning his training in a tumbling class where he first discovered his love for movement. Over the years, that early interest grew into a deep passion for dance and performance. Sam has trained in and explored a wide range of styles, including hip-hop, jazz, tap, musical theater, contemporary, and lyrical, while also developing skills in acting and singing. This broad background has shaped his approach to choreography and storytelling on stage.

He is currently attending Saddleback College, where he is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Dance and plans to graduate in May 2027. During his time at Saddleback College, Sam has continued to grow as both a performer and a creator, using choreography as a way to explore emotion, movement quality, and musicality.

Sam is passionate about fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment where dancers can develop both technical skills and artistic confidence. His goal as a teacher is to inspire students to grow as artists, performers, and individuals while cultivating a genuine love for dance.

Katie Kordes

Katie Kordes

Katie Kordes began her dance journey in 2020, starting with K-pop and later expanding into styles such as house and hip-hop. She is currently a member of three K-pop dance teams—two based in Orange County and one in Los Angeles.

Katie’s favorite part of teaching K-pop is the range of dance styles incorporated into the choreography. She loves showing dancers how much versatility and technique can be learned through K-pop alone. Her ultimate goal is to share the positive energy, creativity, and culture that K-pop dance brings to every community she teaches.

He trained at the Orange County School of the Arts and the University of Arizona, and has performed in productions including Next to Normal, American Idiot, and the Off-Broadway The Buena Vista Social Club Musical. He is passionate about inspiring the next generation of performers at OC Music & Dance.

Toni Austin

Toni Austin’s passion for dance and performing started at the young age of 5. The majority of her dance training was received at Underground Dance Company in Laguna Hills, California where she was taught ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, improv skills, and more. Here she was also given the opportunity to choreograph recital and competition pieces.

Toni has been competitively dancing for over 5 years now in both a studio and high school dance team. She loves dancing in several different styles but has a special focus on contemporary dance.

Toni is excited to teach at FOCUS while creating a positive and welcoming environment for dancers to learn and grow while exercising their creativity and discovering their own passion.
