Summer is just around the corner, and OC Music & Dance is excited to announce our 2023 Summer Guide for dance and music summer camps in Irvine! We are offering an exciting lineup of kids summer camps for all ages, from preschoolers to kindergarteners to preteens to teenagers, designed to ignite creativity and passion for the performing arts.
Summer Camps for Ages 3 to 4
For our youngest musicians and dancers, ages 3 and 4, we have three fantastic camps to choose from. Our Under the Sea camp will take your child on an underwater adventure filled with mermaids, fish, and other sea creatures. Superhero Spectacular is perfect for those who dream of being a superhero, while Welcome to the Jungle will let your little ones explore the wild side of dance and music.

Summer Camps for Ages 5 to 11
For ages 5 to 11, we have three exciting summer dance camps: Making of a Music Video, All About Dance, and Under the Big Top. Making of a Music Video will give your child the chance to take their moves to the small screen as they create an original music video, while All About Dance will provide a well-rounded dance experience with various dance styles. Under the Big Top is perfect for those who love the circus, combining dance and acrobatics.

Mini-Intensives for experienced dancers
For experienced and inspired dancers ages 6 to 17, we have The Summer Sizzle, a 4-day mini-intensive taught by OCMD faculty and guests. Designed to challenge and inspire dancers, this mini-intensive will be filled with rigorous classes, individualized feedback and guidance, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow dancers. Students will learn from industry professionals and have a chance to elevate their skills and dance their hearts out.

Our camps are popular and tend to fill up quickly, so don't wait too long to register. From now until April 30th, when you register your student for one of our summer music or dance camps, you will receive a 10% discount upon registration. About Orange County Music and Dance (OCMD)
OC Music & Dance is an Irvine-based, nonprofit community arts school providing equitable access to high-quality music and dance education. With nearly 45% of its students receiving financial assistance, OCMD ensures every child, regardless of their financial circumstances, has the opportunity to develop their innate talents, learn from the most accomplished professionals, and be encouraged by peers, family, and community. Since its founding in 2017, the diverse student body has grown to over 350 students ranging in age from 18 months to adult.
