Dance Conditioning Classes

Our dance faculty have joined together to create a conditioning and strengthening class open to all students who would like a firm foundation in basic movement, proper posture, increased strength and the development of physical fitness.

 

Dance Conditioning Classes

Stretch and Conditioning

Students will work on core strength, posture, joint stability, stretching, building lean muscle, performance endurance, and injury prevention through a variety of exercises. This is a supplemental cross training class that benefits all dancers as well as musical students who wish to improve their posture and gain body awareness for performance.
