Our dance conditioning classes are open to all students who would like a firm foundation in basic movement, proper posture, increased strength and the development of physical fitness. They are beneficial for any dancer, no matter their preferred dance style.

Dance Conditioning Classes

 

Stretch and Strengthen – Ages 8 – 17

Tuesdays 7/7 – 8/25.  5:15PM – 6:15PM.

Geared towards dancers of all levels and abilities, this conditioning class focuses on strengthening, toning and stretching different parts of the body. Incorporating exercises inspired by Pilates and Yoga, class requires students to bring their own mat or full-size towel to class each week.

This class is offered both in-person and virtual (live streamed). To ensure dancer safety and physical distancing, in-person class size is limited to 10. If in-person classes are restricted for part or all of the summer session, enrolled students will automatically be switched to the virtual class and tuition will be adjusted.
