Weekly Technique Training & Professional Development With Expert Faculty

OC Music & Dance’s Pre-College Dance Program is designed to equip talented, passionate, intermediate to advanced-level dancers in grades 7 through 12 with the technical skills and artistic excellence necessary to pursue dance at the college level. Students train in a diverse range of styles under the mentorship of experienced, caring faculty who are experts in their dance field. Weekly courses include dance wellness, conditioning, contemporary, modern, ballet, jazz, hip hop, choreography, improvisation, special studies, professional development, and repertory rehearsal.  Dancers will be challenged to expand their creative and critical-thinking skills while creating positive working relationships in a collaborative environment.

PRE-COLLEGE PREMIER TRACK

Mon/Wed/Fri:  4PM – 7PM

Annual Tuition: $5,500

•  9 hours of rigorous training and study
•  Participation in the Pre-College Repertory Company
•  Bi-annual repertory concerts in the OCMD Black Box Theater and Local festivals
•  A 2-minute solo choreography package (includes 5 hours of private instruction)
•  A professional photo shoot (includes 2 digital images with option to purchase additional images)

OC Music & Dance also offers a Pre-College Dance Program in collaboration with the Music and Dance Academy at Fairmont Schools. The Fairmont Pre-College Dance Program is only open to students who are enrolled at Fairmont Schools.
