Our adult dance and movement classes promote physical health, cultivate wellness, and offer opportunities for connection in a safe and creative environment. Classes take place either onsite at our Irvine dance studio, or remotely through the Zoom online platform, and are ideal for every fitness level!  Our friendly, experienced teachers provide expert guidance, and go out of their way to adapt classes to the skill of individual participants.

Groove: Hip Hop – Ages 17+

Wednesdays. 9/16 – 12/9.  7:15PM – 8:15PM.

Move and groove to the beat in this high energy hip hop class. Feel the rhythm with simple, follow-along grooves, then progress to building more complex and stylized sequences. Set to a hip hop soundtrack, this class is easy to follow and perfect for all abilities.

Breathe: Yoga & Pilates – Ages 17+

Tuesdays. 9/15 – 12/8.  7:15PM – 8:15PM.

Fusing elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation, this class focuses on relaxing the body and mind. Set to peaceful music, progressions will promote strength, flexibility, connection to breath, and a quiet mind.

Create: Modern & Improv – Ages 17+

Mondays. 9/14 – 12/7.  7:15PM – 8:15PM.

Move creatively in this class derived from modern dance. Start with warm-up exercises that promote coordination, balance and body awareness, then transition to creative movement practices. Find a greater connection to self, others and community in a safe and supportive environment.

Jam: Tap – Ages 17+

Thursdays. 9/17 -12/10.  7:15PM – 8:15PM

Feel the rhythm and move your feet while learning the basics of tap dance in this dynamic class. Start by exploring the foundations of musicality and tap dance technique, and advance to more intricate rhythms and combinations. This class is ideal for all abilities, and will encourage students to bring their body and mind together to move their feet with the beat of the music.
